Vinnie’s Hope is the fruition of a dream by Vanessa Santiago to not let any family on Cape Cod go without food for the holidays. While there are many programs available through the state, local towns and even the churches on Cape Cod, Vanessa began her “grass roots” efforts in 2006.

With the help of friends, family and other concerned citizens Vanessa has been able to help more families with each passing holiday.
